1. A Digital Program
The 7-Day At-Home Pilates Challenge 50+ is delivered entirely online. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs. All you need is a phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and a free Facebook account to join the private group.
2. Instant Access
Right after your payment is confirmed you see a confirmation page with the link to our private Facebook group, and we send the same details to the email you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If you don't see it within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
3. Live Classes and Replays
Live classes with Karen happen Monday–Friday at 8:00 AM Eastern, starting on the challenge start date shown in your confirmation email. The link to each class is posted in the group before it starts. Can't make it live? The replay of every class stays available in the group for 30 days.
4. Add-Ons
Digital add-ons accepted after checkout, such as the Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan, are delivered to your email and in the group within 30 minutes of purchase.
5. The Pilates at Home 50+ Membership
Your membership access continues through the same group and the same email address, for as long as the membership is active. See our Terms of Service for the renewal terms.
6. Access Issues
If you can't find your confirmation email, can't get into the group or miss a class link, write to us at info@earendil-commerce.com with the email you used at checkout and we will resend your access. No forms are required.
