• When you take the quiz: your answers (such as age range, goals and areas of your body you want to work on).
• When you sign up: full name, email, phone number, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).
• Automatically when visiting: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring website, device type.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Give you access to the live classes, replays and private group.
• Send your confirmation, class schedule and membership reminders (including the reminder before your trial ends).
• Process payments, refunds and cancellations.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve our website and program.
• Send marketing communications (only if you opted in).
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you tick the box to receive class reminders by text, we send those reminders to the phone number you gave us. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number for third-party marketing.

5. Payment Processing

• Google Analytics: Anonymized website usage data.

8. Data Retention

• Order and payment data: 5 years (tax/accounting).
• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics: 26 months.

Not directed at under-16s. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
