1. Who We Are

Pilates at Home 50+ is operated by 69.120.977 CINTIA MARA NETO GOMES (Cm Comércio), Brazil (“Pilates at Home 50+”, “we”, “us”). By signing up or starting a membership on this website you agree to these terms. If you have any question about them, write to info@earendil-commerce.com before signing up.

2. The Program

The 7-Day At-Home Pilates Challenge 50+ is an online program of live Pilates classes led by Karen, held Monday–Friday at 8:00 AM Eastern and shared through our private Facebook group. Replays of each class stay available for 30 days. The program is digital: nothing is shipped. How and when you get access is explained in our Delivery Policy. The class schedule may occasionally change; you will be told in the group and by email.

3. Health and Safety

The classes are gentle, low-impact exercise designed for women over 50, but they are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have had recent surgery or an injury. Stop any movement that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for exercising in a safe space.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The live classes are free; to hold your spot you pay a one-time $5 commitment fee, and the total is shown before you authorize the payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; the charge appears on your card statement as VERSIAGARDEN. Post-purchase add-ons offered after checkout (such as the Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan, $14) are charged to the payment method saved for your order only when you click the button that names the amount.

5. Membership (Automatic Renewal Terms)

Your $5 commitment fee includes a 3-day free trial of the Pilates at Home 50+ Membership, an automatically renewing subscription. In line with the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act and California's Automatic Renewal Law:

• Clear terms before you pay. The price ($40 per year), the billing frequency (yearly), the length of the free trial (3 days) and when the first charge happens are shown right next to the Start Now button on the checkout page, before you pay.
• Affirmative consent. The membership starts only when you click Start Now yourself, with those terms displayed next to the button. Nothing is pre-selected.
• Written confirmation. You receive an email confirming the terms, the trial end date and how to cancel, and a reminder before the first charge after the free trial.
• Cancel online, anytime. Every membership email carries a one-click cancellation link that works without a login, and you can also cancel at /cancel, by replying to any of our emails or through the contact form. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged; cancelling later stops all future charges while access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Changes. If the price or the terms of the membership change, you will be told by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, with a way to cancel.

After the 3-day trial, the card you used at checkout is charged $40, and the membership renews every year at the price shown until you cancel.

6. Guarantee, Refunds and Cancellations

The $5 commitment fee is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Full details, including refunds of add-ons and membership charges, are in our Refund Policy.

7. Results

Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency, health, age and other factors we cannot control. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of a particular result.

8. Your Access and Our Content

Access to the classes, replays and group is personal and tied to the email address used at checkout. You may not resell, copy, record or redistribute the classes, replays, meal plan or any other program content. Please be respectful in the group; we may remove anyone who harasses other members.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state that cannot be waived.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

We will always try to resolve a problem directly first — write to us and a real person will reply. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the customer's state of residence in the United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection.
