1. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Your $5 commitment fee is covered by our money-back guarantee: if the challenge isn't right for you, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No forms to fill in, no questions asked. Simply reply to your confirmation email or write to info@earendil-commerce.com with the email you used at checkout.
2. Paid Add-Ons (Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan)
Digital add-ons accepted after checkout, such as the Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan ($14), can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
3. The Pilates at Home 50+ Membership
The membership starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. After the trial, you can cancel at any time: online at /cancel, in one click from the link in any of our membership emails, by replying to any email from us, or through our contact form. Cancellation stops all future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid. A charge you did not recognise, or a renewal within 14 days of which you contact us, is refunded in full.
4. How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. We confirm every refund by email.
